Please request 'second-hand material guideline - to reconditionable material' from Midland or an AAR representative. The AAR states only second-hand 'qualified' material may be reconditioned. Following these guidelines before shipping material for reconditioning will minimize freight paid on material that may otherwise be scrapped.
